Abstract
One of the fundamental questions to be answered when designing a research project is the data collection methodology that will be used. Two methods which are now commonly in use are– Hard copy surveys and Internet surveys; each offers a set of advantages and challenges. Hard copy surveys, in the past or in present, been the method used most by researcher based on positive response rates and broad access to most of the respondent. Now, with the continuing evolution of online surveys and the increasing level of Internet usage, researchers are using more online research as compared to traditional way of hard copy.
