Moreover traditional measures like Operating Margin and ROE do not completely capture shareholder value creation as they lack the inclusion of various important factors like WACC. In this paper an attempt has been made to understand the impact of various performance ratios like ROA, ROE and Margin ratios like Operating Margin and Net Interest Margin over EVA of the Bank. Abstract
The aim of this report is to design & optimize upper & lower rail of an automotive seat track mechanism subjecting to static analysis. The design of upper & lower rail of seat track mechanism by changing parameters & maintain feasibility of seat track. Tracks are the mechanisms which translate the seat & them helpful in occupant safety as link between seat and car. Also they have to provide individual length adjustments possible. The compactness of the seats warrants design and is a complicated problem. Seat track assembly is the most critical criteria in the design of seat shape in automotive factories. From all seat parts, the seat tracks (upper and lower tracks) carry most of the load on seat structure considering human load & structure load.

Abstract
Cloud computing is the most popular methodology in the present world. Most of the organization and people uses cloud storage for data and information storing because cloud storage is cost effective and easy to access anytime and anywhere. But security on the cloud is the most important thing. Most important are the authentication security because traditional id & Password base authentication has not the fully secure today. Various researchers made many types of authentication security based algorithm and methods. But most of those methods are not satisfactory because some methods need third party dependency and some method needs extra hardware. So in this paper, we present a new adaptive sign-in mechanism for authentication on cloud based on image cipher. Also, we study the various types of attacks and previous research.
