Abstract
The Indian Auto Component Industry had its small beginnings in the 1940s. If the evolution of this industry is traced in India, it can be classified into three distinct phases namely: 1. Period prior to the entry of Maruti Udyog Ltd (1940s to 1984) 2. Period after the entry of Maruti Udyog Ltd till economic liberalization (1984 to 1991). 3. Period post Liberalization (1991 onwards). Abstract
Internationally, Corporate Social Responsibility is becoming a heated topic of debate and drawing attention of intergovernmental establishments. It has a crucial and strategic importance in globalised business environment, academicians and developmental agencies are highly criticizing the concept of CSR, believing that the concept has been manipulated by multinational corporations and abused to enhance profitability. Abstract
Introduction The way it was in the past, Government jobs were considered desirable and sufficient candidates (Not Much) could be found to fill most critical jobs. Moreover, once employed, workers would often spend their entire careers in govt. service. If in case there in some areas where there was turnover, new employees could be recruited easily The way it is...today there is a high demand in the public and private sectors for workers in critical areas such as health care, information technology, engineering, accounting, and auditing. The supply of manpower is in abundance (By increase of institution for MBA, Engineering and others) but quality personnel are limited and good workforce planning requires a twofold approach of aggressive recruitment and innovative retention strategies. Retention policies need to focus on elimination of unwanted turnover, as there is huge demand of talent.

Abstract
The success of any organization depends on how it attracts recruits, motivates, and retains its workforce. Thus, organizations are required to retain employees by addressing their work life issues. Quality of Work Life refers to the favorableness and unfavorablness of a job environment for the individual. Purpose: This research work aimed at exploring the key factors affecting Quality of Work Life of Managerial employees of Banks in Indore .Design and Methodology: The study is broadly based on primary data collected from a sample of 150 respondents by using convenient sampling from employees of Banks in Indore. Collected data was analyzed by using ANOVA and t-test with the help of SPSS. Results – The study reveals that a there is no significant impact of experience, age, gender, income and Managerial employees QWL Managerial employees of Private and Nationalized Banks enjoy same level of QWL.
