Abstract
This paper tries to investigate the determinants of first day price performance of 102 IPO‟S listed on bombay stock exchange(BSE) SME platform during the year 2015 & 2016.after withdrawal of proposal of mandatory safety net margin(which involve the mechanism of maximum allowed decline in IPO price) by SEBI but tightening of IPO pricing norms there was sharp decline in terms of number of IPO‟S in the year 2012 to 14.only 20 IPO‟S was listed on BSE during that period under book building regime as well as in BSE SME platform only 14 IPO‟S in 2012 ,34 in 2013 and 40 in 2014 have been listed and then market regain in 2015 onwards. We found that overall 80 IPO‟S out of 102 SME IPO‟S during 2015 & 2016 has shown positive return on listing day. the overall average return is 5.76%.

Abstract
VANET represent a rapidly emerging and challenging class of MANET. In this type of network, each node operates not only as a host but also as a router; promote packets for other mobile nodes. Communication between nodes i.e. vehicles by means of wireless technology has a large potential to improve traffic safety and travel comfort for drivers and passengers. VANET, being an infrastructure-less networks, vehicle will be expected to cooperate to perform essential networking tasks such as routing. In this work, nodes have been used as vehicles and based on evaluation between four mostly used routing protocols Ad hoc on demand distance Vector routing protocol (AODV), Destination Sequenced Distance Vector routing protocol (DSDV), Dynamic Source Routing (DSR) and modified routing protocol i.e. AOMDV in VANET scenario.

Abstract
Today the world is moving towards wireless system. Wireless networks are gaining popularity to its peak today, as the users want wireless connectivity irrespective of their geographic position. In these networks, devices are used as nodes. Recently many researchers have been done their work on MANET. In this work nodes have been used as devices and based on comparison between three mostly used routing protocols Ad hoc on demand distance Vector routing protocol (AODV), Dynamic source routing protocol (DSR) and Destination sequence based distance vector routing protocol (DSDV) in MANET scenario with 20 nodes, 60 nodes and 100 nodes with different mobility which are 5m/sec, 10m/sec and 15m/sec and performance has been calculated on the basis of Residual energy, packet delivery ratio, throughput and end to end delay with different environment. The tool chosen for this work is NETWORK SIMULATOR (NS2).
