Abstract
This paper presents the implementation and experimental evaluation of an intelligent machine learning-based diabetes prediction system using the Pima Indians Diabetes Dataset. The system is designed around an XGBoost classifier and includes data preprocessing, feature preparation, stratified train-test partitioning, model training, prediction, performance evaluation and feature-importance analysis. The dataset contains records and eight clinical predictors: Pregnancies, Glucose, BloodPressure, SkinThickness, Insulin, BMI, DiabetesPedigreeFunction and Age. Five machine learning models—Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, Random Forest, Support Vector Machine and XGBoost—were implemented for comparative evaluation. The models were evaluated using Accuracy, Precision, Recall, F1-Score, ROC-AUC and Confusion Matrix. XGBoost feature-importance analysis identifies the clinical variables contributing most strongly to prediction.

Abstract
Fixed point theory is an important area of nonlinear analysis with applications in differential equations, optimization, approximation theory, control, and related mathematical models. This paper presents a structured study of fixed point and common fixed point theorems in fuzzy metric spaces and intuitionistic fuzzy metric spaces. The work is based on the research direction described in the associated doctoral synopsis and is centered on the development and generalization of common fixed point results under new contractive conditions. The study reviews classical fixed point principles, the development of fuzzy metric spaces, intuitionistic fuzzy metric spaces, compatibility conditions, and recent generalized mappings. Particular attention is given to modified intuitionistic fuzzy metric structures and the possibility of obtaining common fixed point results under weaker or more flexible conditions.

Abstract
The rapid growth of online news and social-media communication has made the timely identification of fabricated information an important natural language processing problem. This study develops and evaluates a deep-learning-based framework for classifying news as genuine or fake. The investigation considers three sequential architectures—Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM), Bidirectional LSTM (BiLSTM), and a CNN-BiLSTM hybrid—and compares them with a fine-tuned Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT) model. Experiments are performed using the ISOT Fake News dataset after a common text-cleaning and title-based preprocessing procedure. The combined data are divided into training, validation, and test subsets using a 64:16:20 ratio. In addition to the original class distribution, an intentionally imbalanced version is constructed to examine model behavior under a more challenging class distribution.

Abstract
Multi-cloud adoption enables organizations to use the capabilities of different cloud service providers for flexibility, resilience, cost optimization, and service availability. At the same time, heterogeneous cloud environments create difficulties in maintaining consistent security controls, governance, audit readiness, and regulatory compliance. This paper presents a structured research framework for a proactive approach to securing multi-cloud environments through Compliance and Governance by Design. The proposed approach embeds compliance controls into infrastructure provisioning and DevSecOps pipelines rather than relying primarily on post-deployment audits. Policy as Code (PaC) is used as the central mechanism for expressing and enforcing security and compliance requirements in a repeatable manner.
